A typical review takes the following process:
Following our initial meeting, we will allocate you the best suited consultant(s) and document the scope, some key milestones and timescales of your review.
2. Data collection
We will collate all the data we need to arrive at a series of informed recommendations. This can be by:
- Face to face interviews
- Electronic and hard copy data
- Employee surveys
- Internal fleet information
The data will be interpreted against the agreed scope to provide the bespoke recommendations
Your formal review will be personally delivered by the team. Prior to delivery, each review is validation and checked by senior members of the team.
Your consultant will be able to introduce you to our implementation team in Lex Autolease, if applicable. Alternatively, they can advise on how best to make the changes highlighted in the report.
An agreed date will be set to collect your feedback.
Due to the bespoke nature of the work, the cost and timescales of each report is dependant upon the scope.
