GREY FLEET REPORT

The Grey Fleet - a neglected risk

In this report, we focus on those vehicles used for work purposes which are not owned or leased by the organisation – the Grey Fleet.

There is often a lack of knowledge surrounding the management of the private individual's vehicles used on business, with many fleet decision-makers and drivers unaware of their full legal responsibilities, or the risks, financial costs and environmental impact associated with their use.

The findings of our surveys revealed a number of issues affecting the Grey Fleet which could open an organisation up to potential prosecution, civil litigation and damage to reputation. Our team of consultants not only discuss these challenges, but highlight ways to address and reduce that risk.
