Our pre-selected repair centres and expert assessors complete work to the highest standard, and all repairs have a five-year or end of contract* guarantee, minimising any accident repair work charges.

Accident Services Terms and Conditions

Courtesy car will be a Group A vehicle. Mileage limit: 75 miles per day. Only applicable if repairs take more than 24 hours.

*Covers the repair for the life of the vehicle with the customer up to a maximum of 5 years – the guarantee does not transfer with the vehicle once the customer returns the vehicle or sells the vehicle.

Uninsured loss recovery

Part of our accident services, our team are experts in their fields and understand how best to manage and process uninsured loss recovery claims for your business on your behalf. We make sure we capture all losses with the dual focus of maximising the recovery and accelerating the settlement period. We also provide management information for both ongoing and completed claims.

This service is available to fleets of all sizes and is charged as a percentage of the amount recovered.

Credit Hire mark-up is controlled under a General Terms of Agreement by the Association of British Insurers.

Credit Hire and Credit Repair are included as part of our Uninsured Loss Recovery service.


CREDIT HIRE

In the event of a non-fault accident where the party responsible is known, you’ll receive a like-for-like replacement vehicle. We can offer the option to provide a hire vehicle and pursue the cost directly on your behalf against the insurers of the responsible party.

Credit Hire helps take the financial burden out of non-fault accidents as no invoice or charge is issued to you and no mark-up* is added to the cost, helping to protect your business from financial implication and providing your drivers with a like-for-like equivalent vehicle in terms of size, seats and engine capacity.

Credit Hire can be offered to fleets of all sizes at no additional cost. You will only pay the VAT element of the hire cost through your usual billing arrangement.

CREDit repair

Similarly to Credit Hire, no invoice or charge is issued to you when vehicle repairs are needed following an accident where the third party is at fault, and no mark-up* is added to the cost, helping to protect your business from financial implications.

Credit Repair can be offered to fleets of all sizes at no additional cost. You will only pay the VAT element of the repair cost through your usual billing arrangement.
