Useful information

  • Excess mileage and return condition charges may apply
  • No risk on disposal provides protection around the key risks of ownership, such as depreciation and resale
  • The customer cannot purchase the vehicle at the end of the contract
  • Possible to reclaim VAT depending on vehicle usage (private/commercial or mixed use) and individual tax status. If uncertain, check with your tax advisor

Eligibility

  • Businesses must have been trading for a minimum of two years
  • Available only to cars, vans, flatbed trucks up to 3.5 tonnes and 4x4/SUV requirements. 
  • Maximum quotable contract mileages: Cars - Petrol 120,000 miles, Diesel 150,000 miles. LCVs - Petrol 150,000 miles, Diesel 180,000 miles
  • Subject to status, application and necessary credit acceptance

Contract hire conditions

*Vehicle should be returned in good condition to avoid further charges, please refer to the. BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear Policy. Excess mileage charges apply if the contracted mileage is exceeded. 

Exclusions

**Repairs or replacements from accidental or malicious damage and damage caused by driver misuse or abuse are excluded. The vehicle must be serviced in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines and by an approved service dealer. 

We can't help with HGVs, agriculture machinery, motorbikes, camper vans, couriers, driving schools, chauffeurs, or hire and reward.
