Personal Leasing through Personal Contract Hire (PCH) could be an affordable way for you to drive a brand new vehicle, without the associated risks and inconvenience of ownership.
Remember, you will not own the vehicle because ownership rests with us. When your contract is over, all you need to do is hand the vehicle back to us and then you can choose to lease a new vehicle if you wish*.
There will be no further charges if:
The contract has run for its full term
You have not exceeded the annual mileage allowance
The vehicle is returned in good condition
*subject to application and necessary credit acceptance.
How does it work?
There are certain factors that will affect the price of your monthly rental:
Annual mileage - Predict your average annual mileage to calculate your quote. See ‘Mileage’ section below for more information.
Vehicle type - The vehicle selection drives the main cost of the contract taking into account a number of factors.
Initial payment - You will be required to put down a non-refundable initial rental on your vehicle. The larger the initial rental, the smaller the monthly cost, and vice versa.
For further peace of mind, you can benefit from the following services
Replacement tyres, parts and repairs due to fair wear and tear*
*Repairs or replacements from accidental or malicious damage and damage caused by driver misuse or abuse are excluded. The vehicle must be serviced in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines and by an approved service dealer.
Choose from a contract period of between 2 and 5 years
Should you wish to return your vehicle before the end of the contract, an early termination fee may apply, which could be of significant cost depending on what stage in the life of the contract this occurs.
You must be aged 18 or over.
Subject to application and necessary credit acceptance.
You must have fully comprehensive motor vehicle liability insurance.
Fines and Penalties
Lex Autolease is not liable to pay for any fines or penalties incurred by you as a result of your use of the vehicle. These must be paid for and sustained by you.
